One Stop Roofers

Great work. I Would recommend this company. They were very professional.

It's been over one calendar year and they still have not come to perform any work whatsoever. I contacted One Stop Roofers over one year ago to fix shingle damage to my mother's roof. In that time they have come out twice to inspect it, but not once have they done a single thing to fix the problem. I was never given a job start date on paper, but they made sure that I signed the contract stating that I would owe them $2000 if I had the work done by any other company. They were supposed to tarp up the roof temporarily so that water would not leak in, not once did they. I have had to do it myself four times waiting for them to come out. I have had to do amateur repairs to sections that are too small to tarp. Twice I have contacted them about being let out of the contract, twice they have apologized and said they would be here within a couple of weeks to do the job. The first time was in May , they said that they could maybe start at the end of August. The second time was in October, asking me to resend the insurance estimates for a third time. Still I have not heard back from them. National Llyods paid out in April and the checks were deposited in my mother's account. The account is now frozen because One Stop Roofers took so long that my mother died waiting for them to complete the job. They caused her no small amount of grief and anxiety from their failure to deliver on the contract before she died. She used to have nightmares that the roof was falling in on us. Unfortunately I signed the contract in her stead as she was unable to write and now am on the hook should I seek to have the repair done by any other company. I have not contacted them since the last time because contacting them multiple times has produced no results. One Stop Roofers will simply say someone else is handling it, and that person will only say let me call you back. Nothing gets done.

One Stop provided excellent service and executed everything as discussed. They will be my go to roofer if i ever need them again.

Art was very professional. His crew was very clean and they did everything as promised. I will recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

One stop roofers was great! They helped with my Insurance and got everything done thru them! I will let all my family and friends know whom to call for their roofing needs!

I would recommend One Stop Roofers. They did a great job roofing my home. They were quick, professional, courteous and most importantly clean. What I liked about them the most was that they showed concern for my satisfaction.

One Stop was excellent from start to finish. They assisted me with starting the claim process with insurance and even went above and beyond working with my finances to not burden me financially. I would definitely recommend One Stop Roofers to anyone who wants a new roof.

One Stop Roofers is such a great company to work with. We are really happy we chose them to fix our roof. They were fair, explained the process and had excellent customer service. They even fixed some electrical and plumbing issues that we had. I would definitely hire them again!

Roof was finished fast, too fast there was roof underlayment that need to be replaced and was not. The crew that was sent by One Stop Roofers used some of our tools without asking, placed metal tools on our vehicles and caused scratches and dents on the paintwork. Additionally, they left a mess behind with debris scattered all over the yard. Would not recommend this company!

We had heavy leaks in our house, we called several companies and left messages to come and gives us a quote. They were the first and only company that responded immediately. They handled everything quickly and professionally they even assisted us with the insurance company and within a week the job was completed, and we have not had any issues since. The workers were very respectful curious and professional. They clean up after themselves on a daily basis and the owners were always available. Since the beginning the owners have been reaching out periodically to ensure the job was satisfactory. They are amazing and we are very happy with the service they have provided.

This company employs the best people ever! The roofers were very professional and couldn't have asked for a better group of people. Went above and beyond what I thought that they were going to do to complete this job. I am so happy that I was able to find this company! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done professionally and with courteous employees. They even made sure that everything was put back in place before they left.
