I complained and they just gave a credit and acted like they resolved my issue. My vet sent in the prescription 2 days ago and my order is still "processing". They wont cancel my order.
Please use Chewy. Allivet doesnt seem to want to fix their issues. They will not be in business long if they keep rhis up.
You can see how they "resolved" my complaint in the attachment.
I have to call my cc and cancel thru them now.
Meds should be fast processing. Disappointing.
