Allied Universal / Aus.com Manager compliance kaiser healthcare contract

Manager Thomas Orona is not assisting his peer (system specialist) with the support we need to get our job done.

We do not see him at all, we have no meetings with him. He is never at work, nor does he answer his phone. He is a salary employee and not reached after 1pm daily. He is always away, with calls being forward to "Jaysar". With constant, "I am out of the office" on vacation (who approves his vacation time) how is he allowed so much time off.

If he is allowed to work from home, we too should be allowed. I believe due to the pandemic he has taken advantage of working from home.

He should be located at a site where they do not have a system specialist now, so that he can help assist the site with work that needs to be done.

Just recently after the transition he was "out of the office, during the whole second week of December"

This Complaint is in reference to the YouTube video I saw from Long Island Audit. I can't believe how 2 security guards treated an independent journalist. WOW your company is so unprofessional. You guys need better training. I hope they cancel your government contract if this is not addressed.

They didn't act like Security Guards they acted like thugs. Shame on your company for hiring people like that.

Allied Universal / Aus.com OSHA violations

Yuma, AZ "El Porton apartments " (Allied Universal Security Services). Allied security management has threatened security officers with disciplinary action if they do not intentionally violate O.S.H.A regulations. Security staff has been ordered to use personal vehicles to block off entrances and exits which would prevent all vehicles from access to property including emergency service vehicles.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Supervisor Bullying and using profanity against other employee

I shop at Laurel Park Place in Livonia MI. I heard an male Allied Universal custodian call a female black Allied Universal Custodian out her name using extreme profanity language. He was very aggressive with her standing too close and made her cry. After the male left she was shaking and became nervous when I asked if she was alright because she thought I was him coming back. She was clearly upset and sad and walked away to the rest room. I continued to shop but I could hear the aggressive male voice of the man I saw earlier over a radio that was near. I asked the Security officer who he was I was told his name was Jose the Supervisor over the custodians. While speaking to the Officer I could see the Supervisor following and taunting the young woman. This happen in November 2021. I tired to forget it but it was heavy on my mind so I had to make this complaint.

Desired outcome: Hope he gets terminated

I was walking through Laurel Park Mall on the Phoenix Theaters side to buy movie tickets for me, my wife and daughter for the new Spider man movie coming out Thursday. I usually walk through the mall everyday for 20 minutes or so and have done it for 8 months, every day with no problem. I had 2 major surgeries in 2020 and 2021 and I use that area to help recover and get my strength back. I was approached by an older security guard (who is there every morning) and the manager of the office building. They said I was not allowed to walk there anymore and mumbled something about Covid-19 restrictions and social distancing. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. It is an outrage that people in small powers of position think they can dominate good citizens with a Covid excuse. It is a public place as well, there is a movie theater there but they think they can order people around.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Being paid for hours worked

I've been with allied for a year. Supervisor over my site. I work 60+ hours per week dude to being short 2 staff members that they refuse to hire for. Every week when I get paid my check is short 20+ Hours. I then have to beg and hound them to pay me for the hours I've worked. Which is usually 2-3 weeks layer. My supervisors don't have to beg me to come to work so I should have to beg to be paid. I can't seem to find a telephone number to make a complaint and no one will respond to my emails.

Desired outcome: Finding a telephone number to speak with somebody about being paid for my hours missed.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Arrived for interview, told position was filled...

Applied for a position titled "Security Officer Educational Building" located in Orchard Park, NY. I received an invitation to interview at their local corporate office in Buffalo, NY.

Upon meeting the hiring individual, I was immediately told "That position has been filled".

I understand posts need to be staffed however a simple phone call from the employer would have been a nice courtesy rather than having to drive into the city.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Personnel issues

My name is James Jenkins and I am an employee of allied universal. My grievance with allied universal is that my operations manager Robin Yeager is a straight up wanna be bully. I have worked a whole month seven days straight without a day off. Second Robin Yeager uses her position to bully and threaten me into working while she allows other guards to call out. Furthermore Robin Yeager allows one particular guard officer Buford to be excessively tardy and allows him to come and go as he pleases forcing me to either work a double shift ( which she has forced me to do every weekend for the past 3 month because of her refusal to hire another guard) or work well beyond my scheduled time. My real concern is the blatant disrespect she has shown me and my family. I have reached out her supervisor Mr Daniels about Ms Yeager unprofessional behavior but his attitude is that he could care less.

Allied Universal / Aus.com An ex employee

Hi A Nicola Williams, used to work for G4s at the Glasgow Sheriff Court and then at the Glasgow High Court, she has left the company and I believe she worked in a chemist and now a Dr's surgery, she dislikes me immensly and because I have mental health, I know for a fact that she still has friends still working at your company who is leaking confidential sheriff hearings as I had a small domestic with my partner and she is making my life hell, the only way she could have found out about the domestic would be through one of your staff which I feel is a breach and I am taking this further and she is phoning my partners accommodation and LYING saying he is breaking bail conditions, when he did no such thing as my partner siuffers severe anxiety and lives in a complex were there is staff 24 hours and over 200 camera's and can vouch no bail conditions has ever been broken, I am so angry as this female takes cocaine and thinks she is above the law, I have severe mental health and I have medical conditions that I have treatment for I have a social worker, an MP, citizens advice, so I suggest you look into this ASAP before I take it to the NEWSPAPERS

Allied Universal / Aus.com Not being Paid the right amount money

My name is Kathryn Williams and I work at Tyson's Hope, Arkansas processing plant... Since Jeremiah Johnson took over payroll, our pay has either not been right, late or wrong all together. He leaves hours off of our checks so we don't get paid our full pay.
We recently got a raise to $12 up from $11.19. 2 weeks ago the raise was applied, last week our pay was back at $11.19. There we're 25 guards who didn't have the raise on their checks last week. We have guards waiting 4-6 weeks and longer for hours to be added back to our checks. We had a flex officer (a guard who works at all Allied facilities when they need someone) who was missing 30 hours on his check and it took 8 weeks for him to recover it. He quit during that time. Yesterday 4 guards from my site were not paid at all for the week. We do the get paid 2 days early thing but none of us got paid. This is a constant, on going issue that isn't taken seriously. We depend on these checks to pay our bills, groceries, gas to work.. etc.
We need your help to resolve this matter. Please.
I'm writing to you on behalf of myself and the other guards not getting paid like we should. Thank you for your time.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Pay issues

My name is Christie Mckamie I am making a formal complaint on Allied universal on payroll issues. I am stationed at a contract site Tysons foods in Hope Arkansas and I deal with the companies site out of Little Rock Arkansas. For several months now many guards stationed at this site has been having payroll issues while many of them have been resolved, the week of October 1st 2021 we received a pay raise and we were paid correctly that week. The following week they set our pay back to before the raise and this week, guards that option in for early pay with wisely pay received our fixed for pay raise but did not send our regular pay. The gentleman Jeremiah Johnson out of Little Rock Arkansas payroll department claims it's an issues out of Pennsylvania where the payroll company is out of. These problems need resolving we have constantly contacted our site supervisor over issues, while he has contacted Mr. Johnson numerous times these issues are continuing to be a problem.

Allied Universal / Aus.com work schedule

I have been with this company(G4S) now part of Allied since July 2020. I work at Tidelands Health Waccamaw hospital. Several months ago I was informed by the site supervisor I was being moved to the [protected] shift due to manpower issues. He said when we are up to staff I would go back on the day shift. Since that time he has hired at least 5 officers that have been placed on the day shift. When I talk to the site supervisor he tells me he's waiting for an officer to replace me on my shift. I has gone to the district manager Michael Merante, which seems to be of no help. I work full time and it seems like new part timers take precedent over full timers. The area supervisor for northern California, Steve luce, used bully tactics to force people to work on their days of. He has promoted people with zero life experience who have no idea how to supervise or treat employees with respect. Steve has made inappropriate comments to me in emails and on the phone while my wife was listening.

Hi, my name is Nana Rodriguez,

Officer L. Adams, seems to have a Caribbean accent tall and dark skin, was on his the whole time while I was riding the trolley on Thursday 9/30/2021. I also asked him for some help as I was not sure the what station I was supposed to get off at. However he was not helping because he was on the phone talking to someone and it was rude of him. Also every time he was looking at me, he was staying at my breast. His job is to help the public and not to be on his phone nor stare at women breast! This is unprofessional and borderline sexual harassment

Allied Universal / Aus.com Account Site Supervisor st ZAPPOS Las Vegas .The Cliente

The client zappos 400 stewart avenue las vegas nevada
is requiring all allied officers to be fully vaccinated. This has been know for over 3 months .The site supervisor isacc ellis has shown great favoritism and bias towards certain officers he is friends with.
The client zappos says all unvaccinated officer's, must be off of day shift
and moved to graveyard shift.
All unvaccinated officers cannot enter the building.

Allied universal required all officers to upload they're
vaccination card to edge .

The site supervisor is not following the clients guidelines.
His friends fellow officers are not vaccinated,
his friends fellow officers sre being
protected,
his friends fellow officers
have not been vaccinated and have not uploaded there vaccine cards to
edge.

Allied Universal / Aus.com Officers being allowed to work with expired security licenses

Allied Universal are letting their officers on Long Island work with expired security licenses. This is unacceptable and illegal. I will be calling the NY department of labor as well as Osha and any other agency to let them know of this illegal activity. How dare you let officers work at sites with expired licenses. This is illegal and unprofessional.

Good afternoon, I am writing this complaint in regards to one of the most complete and total disregards for employee safety and well-being that I have ever seen in my entire life. As you know, Allied Universal has purchased G4S. And as you know, they have recently disarmed the Bank Protection Officers, reduced their pay, and essentially established to all of us that work for G4S as to how they are going to operate moving forward.

On what planet would it ever be acceptable to take grown men and women's lives into your collective hands and further put them into danger by disarming them when standing security outside of one of the most contentious places in the community, a financial facility? I personally stood that job for 2 years before accepting a different contract and can tell you from experience I had just as many hair raising situations outside those banks as I did in South Helmand Province, Afghanistan. People threatening to kill bankers, tellers, clients, guys asking me if I can hold their firearm for them, needles on the streets, people doing drugs in the parking lot, people open carrying into the financial facility, crazy nutjob "1st amendment auditors" showing up taking pictures of my every move for 2-3 hours on end, etc. I mean my first month on the BPO contract I had a man refuse to leave the entrance of the bank until someone killed him! He told me "I aint leaving until you or the cops kill me". What if that man made a run at me with a knife and he was faster than me in a dead sprint? The list is too long to write! How on earth can high level executives be so ignorant of security officers safety and take away from them the ONLY chance of survival when faced with a deadly force situation?

Have we come to a place in the private security realm to where the fear of lawsuits and occasional negligence completely overrides human life? This was purely monetarily motivated by all parties involved at the contract negation tables. There is no other way to put it. Allied Universal should be ashamed of themselves for such an incompetent high level decision.

I did 9 years in the Infantry Marine Corps and never once was I EVER allowed in such a dangerous position without being fully equipped to defend human life. You now not only have guards standing outside with no firearm, you have completely changed their entire tactical response mindset should something violent happen to them, or their clients. Who on earth conceives of something like this? Who comes to the table and says the words "I think it's a good idea to disarm the guards and take a dollar off their overall pay"? Who comes to the table and says "I think this will benefit the employee, the client, and our overall mission with this particular contract."?

Does your own CEO, Steve Jones, not say in the Ethics PDF online "One aspect that never changes is our
commitment to operating with the highest ethical standards and leading with integrity as we help safeguard our communities, people, and assets."? Tell me, how on earth does disarming a guard help safeguard the Bank of America contract? Its people that work inside? The customers that do business there? And the financial facility itself? You know how many clients loved the fact we had firearms? Why? Because they said it made them feel safer! Is Allied Universal just pumping out all the right words on paper and not adhering to them in reality? Why should any of us G4S Employees stay around for this kind of reckless abandonment of officer safety?

I demand the CEO himself email all of us to explain this decision to every single G4S employee as to why this benefits the ones actually standing the contract and their clients. Why do all the top level executives get to make such boneheaded decisions and NEVER have to have accountability of this? Did some politically fueled conversation go down in a corporate office along the lines of "guns are scary, guns make people feel unsafe, guns are bad, guns are unnecessary."? Or did one of you say, "We can save so much money by doing this". We you trying to impress Bank of America by your money savings skills? Unbelievable.

I hope you all can sleep at night because if I made a foolish decision like this there would be no way on earth I could sleep or look myself in the mirror. This was complete and total reckless abandonment of common sense.

Loomis has their guards with a Glock pistol, drop holster, and 3 loaded magazines that contain critical defense ammunition. So they escort money all around town, show up to a financial facility, and walk by a G4S guard that has no firearm or any other form of defense. That makes ZERO sense. Why do they have firearms when they only run a truck with two guards in them and G4S does not when they have thousands of people onsite every month? ITS NONSENSE. Cops cant even respond to an incident at a bank as quickly as a guard can that is already onsite.

I hope this complaint reaches the highest level of management possible in the shortest amount of time. I am sick and tired of head offices making these foolish decisions without actually consulting the employees themselves. I demand accountability and reassurance of my personal safety and wellbeing should I ever have to stand that contract again.
