On or about November 10, 2021, The Military Children's Six Foundation was authorized by Lessor and Building Management to place a Marine For Tots Donation box in the lobby of the building. we were informed that all items had to be removed daily for security purposes of which we agreed and acknowledge. On November 17, 2021, the COO was approached by the security guard and questioned about how will the donations be placed into the box because it is not her responsibility to go to the door and open it for everyone who wants to donate a toy. Complaint one: It was authorized by Lessor and Building Management; Complaint two the approaching of tenants about non-security related issues instead of the lessor or building management; Complaint three: violation of SOP; etc. We are located at 609 H St NE, Washington, DC 20002
