AllCleared is a service I needed cuz I don't live in Canada but needed to get stuff done from far away. I started using them and then COVID-19 happened and everything got messed up. Before that, they were really professional but kinda cold which made me worried. But then when COVID-19 hit, they stopped talking to me completely. They didn't answer my emails or my login requests or my voicemails. They only had a recording that said to email them, but then they didn't answer those either. I get that COVID-19 is hard for everyone, but some companies are still talking to their customers. AllCleared didn't talk to me for over 2 months but still charged me the rest of the money I owed them. And in the end, they didn't even do anything for me. I don't know how they have a good rating cuz they just take advantage of people.

I hired AllCleared, back when they were called Pardon Services Canada, to process a waiver for me. I had used them before and was happy with their service. However, this time around, things were different. I paid $1400 for a waiver that was never completed because they couldn't handle a simple mail delivery. I sent my fingerprints and letters of reference to them, and they confirmed that they received it. I even went to the post office to confirm that the package was delivered. But AllCleared refused to take responsibility for losing the package and blamed it on the post office. I spoke to the owner, and he treated me poorly. I asked for a refund, but they haven't responded. I think they are a terrible company to do business with. I suggest hiring an immigration lawyer instead. They know the law and won't take your money without doing the work. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

So, I hired AllCleared on March 6th to do a pardon thing for me and paid $1044.75 for it. But then Covid-19 happened and they stopped talking to me. When I call them, they say to email them, but they never answer. I even sent them a fax and they still didn't contact me. I sent them some stuff they asked for and asked if they got it, but no answer. I'm worried that I wasted a lot of money and they won't do what they said they would.

u still can't cross the border. It's a scam and a waste of time. Don't waste your money on ALLCLEARED.

So, I've been paying these guys for like 3 years now and they just sent me an email saying my request got approved. But when I opened the attachment, it said it was denied. This has been happening for the whole time I've been dealing with them. They keep changing the price, stalling me out for months, and making me send documents over and over again. I got banned from Canada for 5 years, but AllCleared said they could get me in before that. But at this rate, they'll still be "working on my case" when the ban is lifted. They haven't done what they said they would and they charged me too much. I attached my payment schedule, the email with the fake acceptance, and the letter that says I got denied. I want my money back and I want to warn people that this company is a scam.

I paid AllCleared to help me get a pardon so I could go on a cruise to Canada. They took my money and sent me some forms to fill out. But then Covid happened and I didn't hear anything from them for over 3 months. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging them on social media, but they didn't respond. Eventually, I decided to go somewhere else for help.

When I did get a response from them, it was only because they thought I might still want to do business with them. They told me they had been closed for a while, but they still wanted to keep my business or give me a refund. I asked for a refund, but they said they wouldn't give me all my money back because of administration fees. I don't think that's fair since they didn't do anything for me. They also broke their own rules about contacting customers.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend AllCleared. They didn't do what they promised and they didn't treat me fairly.
