Does not complete work
This Property Management company does not complete repairs. They promise in writing that they will complete repairs and do not follow through. The list of repairs that I am in need of is growing.
The property manager failed to disclose a mold problem in the house until after I moved in.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT, or DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE your property.
I also experienced the same lack of service from this company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

I would endorse and recommend All Star Property Management wholeheartedly. They been the property manager on our house for 4 years and never failed to go above and beyond to protect my property and tenants. They are always available to go to the property. They have an outstanding team of contractors for all those issues that come up on older homes, and at very fair pricing.
If you're looking for a property manager you'll find them to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable and personable.
All Star Property Management managed our property for many years. They are professional and responsive to our concerns. Their expertise made being absentee land lord so much less stressful. They communicate well and know the business and how to get things done in a timely manner. They really go above and beyond!
I completely disagree! They rented out our home quickly with great tenants. Gieve was great in the renting process. She screened potential tenants as if it were here own property. Once it was rented out she was always helpful in taking care of my tenants requests. They are very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely refer them to friends and family!
I am not a tenet and will not be a tenet. This is just a warning to possible home owners looking for a property management company. I tried to see a house they are managing to possibly lease from them. Getting a hold of them is a joke and trying to find a time that works for THEM to view the property is even worse. I guess we do live in a day where customer service is no longer good business. Sad, I would suggest you secretly try to view a rental property before having them manage yours. You will not get through on the first call and they will not reply to emails for at least a day if not longer. When you do get ahold of someone ask for a showing at 5 pm or later or better yet on the weekend. It will not happen.
