What a scam! In Oct. 2016, I ordered a free trial of this product & paid the shipping cost. The product came within 2 wks. There was a unauthorized amt. on my credit card in Dec. & another pkg. was delivered to my home. I have not used or opened the product & want to return it & stop further deliveries. Apparently I must go through this cancellation procedure to stop this product scam from sending product & using my credit card every time I am sent an unwanted product. I hope this complaint board can help me in this awful situation. I will return the Dec. delivery & refuse to collect any further deliveries. I would expect a refund for the Dec. delivery. My credit card company is now aware of this situation & is also looking to resolve it.

With this first impression
I went to the online and and fill up the form on this website https://allskindirect.com/
So this is what i did pay the shipping and handling and then i got the product in few days.Nothing comes with the item which shows that you have to cancel the order after receiving this product.
They charge my account

And i was surprised why four time charges? Which i ignored and feel still product is for trial so its cheap but on october 7, i got charge this see below.

Which was insane, i was shocked and got so disappointed and having short breath problems for this big amount was taken from my account, i am hard working man with 2 kids and wife, support my family, cant afford this expensive product, but the way the trick people its not fair atall. Why not they mention me that you need to cancel the order with in 14 days.
When i call them and ask them why you charge me so they said it trial for 14 days and after if you will not cancel it we will charge you this much amount which is too much, they trick and scam people like this, its fraud.
And also they said we can cancel your further order for next month, which i even didn't ask for. And she said its in our term and condition read it.
There is nothing said on the front page add that, please check our terms and condition policy, or its 14 days trail and after you will be charged. So the first impression is that its only trial and shipment charges.
If i know before this is how they trick me i never go website and fill up the form atall, but i got wrong impression of the website page and was not aware of hidden charges like this.
I was in wrong impression, it was totally wrong first impression and if i was aware that they charge me like this after 1 days, i will definitely never even buy trail bottle and pay for shipping and handling. If i know about the other charges on time.
Its not even brand name so why its so expensive?
There was no agreement like for the 14 days trial that you tick the term and condition, normally professional companies mention that read our terms and condition and there is small block, when you agree you put check mark in it .
On the main page there is nothing mentioned except saying this trail bottle and pay for shipping and handling, so we are in impression no hidden charges, but they deceived and trick you and not even send you email attention or a call.
Please i request you to reimburse my money amount of $389.73 which i was not even aware of.
They can keep the trail amount which is like $8.00.
I would appreciate your cooperation and help to get my money back and will never forget your help.

Misrepresentation of product
This company did not let me know that they would be sending additional products after sending the trial samples. I do not want anymore of this product. This is a total misrepresentation of a product. I do not want anything more charged to my credit card!

Unauthorized charges
Unauthorised debit of my credit card on 31/07/2016 for AllSkin for R3145, 00 and Glowing face for R3280, 00. This was done without my consent and need refund. Have not ordered the products. On 17/7/2016 they issued online free offer and one only had to pay for shipping costs by credit card with no obligation to order any products. The free offer was couriered from Parow in Cape Town. No further credit card payment was authorised.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
