All Pool Service & Supply

All Pools did my pool, water system and tile work. The tile was bad and they had to redo it. The pebble tek finish got stained the first time. After they refinished it, they didn't tell us what to do next. We had them maintain it and it got stained again. They refinished it again and it was terrible. The pebbles were distributed badly and it got a brown coat while they were maintaining it. They didn't explain why or how to fix it. We asked them to acid wash it and it got blue again but patchy. They never contacted us again. The pool filter work was good but we don't recommend them for refinishing pools. We're not happy with their work.

I called these guys to fix my pool, and they took my money upfront to send someone out. They said they'd come, but they didn't. I called them, and they said they'd come the next day, but they didn't. Then they sent someone else who didn't know what was going on. I called again, and they sent the first guy back, but he had to come back again. They said he'd come on Monday, but he didn't. Now I can't get a hold of them to find out what's going on.

Terrible! The old guy who came over made me so mad in less than 2 minutes. He was so rude and unprofessional! I've never had such a bad experience in such a short time. I had a list of things that weren't working and all he did was repeat what wasn't working. I ALREADY KNEW THAT. THAT'S WHY I CALLED YOUR COMPANY! HOW DO WE FIX IT? Instead of actually looking at anything, he just kept telling me what wasn't working! So basically, I paid a lot for him to CONFIRM that it wasn't working? Ugh! He said I had to schedule another visit for him to take a closer look at what needed to be repaired. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ISN'T THAT WHY YOU'RE HERE NOW?) I couldn't wait to get him off my property. I called another company, and they not only looked at the system, but they also quickly cleaned the jets as part of the consultation, and within seconds, my spa was running and the jets were working again. They didn't charge extra for the look/see and popping off the jets and putting them back on. They kindly went over what else needed a few adjustments, and in less than 3 days, my pool and spa were working great! I can't stress enough how terrible the experience with All Pool Service & Supply was. You're supposed to be able to use your service call money towards repairs with All Pool & Service, but I happily skipped that process and wrote off the money just to make sure that man never set foot on my property again. I'm giving ONE STAR because the person who made the appointment was nice.
