All My Sons Moving & Storage review: One star is generous

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I hired them recently, and it was the worst moving experience I could ever have. They ruined my brand-new furniture. On top of that, the crew was highly unprofessional. I walked into my kitchen to find one of the crew members with his dirty sneaker sitting ON TOP OF my brand-new kitchen island. After I physically removed the shoe, he responded with, “Thanks.”

I attempted to resolve the damage issue directly with the company long before posting this review. I reported the damage immediately after the move and followed up multiple times, but they ignored me until I took action with my bank and disputed the moving charge. Only then did I receive a response regarding my claim. The company eventually offered a settlement for the damage, but accepting it required signing a broad settlement agreement that included confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions. I repeatedly asked that the agreement be revised so that it applied specifically to my furniture-damage claim. That request was also ignored, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company.

I would not recommend hiring them if you care about your furniture.
