Canadian Appliance Source review: Poor customer service

We recently purchased an LG dishwasher, no complaint with the product .
Our sales representative, Tavish Newman, has been unresponsive.
Our arrangement and Invoice indicates, ‘includes disconnecting existing dishwasher ‘…’ this service is done after delivery ‘…..’ appliance removal’ .
Two installers arrived with a hatch - back vehicle ,an install only order and 6 installations for that date ! So unable to remove . Call to Tavish was unresponsive and never followed up !
