In late 2/2018, Mica (Alki Tours) told me departure time for 4/18 day tour was 9:00 am (neither their printed ad for trip nor invoice received listed departure time); on this basis, I signed up for myself and husband (2 $99 = $198). 4/9 Mica called and said time was 5:20 am - NOT what I'd been told and NOT acceptable. She denied telling me 9:00 am and refused refund unless someone from waiting list would step in. Was told same thing 4/10 by "Diane" and 4/11 again by Mica - no one from waiting list stepped in, they denied giving me 9:00 am info, and refund refused.
