Aldoservice / manager


To whom it may concern,

My name is Wayne Olinyk, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude treatment I received by one of your employees who have been the "manager" on the 27/4/2019 at ALDO store in IBN Battuta mall, Dubai, UAE

It occurred approximately at 11 am as I was at the Cashier. The employee working the cashier was wearing the name badge, Portia, ID number 115329, Store no. 61718, 2076 but there is this rude "Indian"manager that interfere with our transaction.

After having scanned all of my items, she requested the payment and asked me if I have the club apparel group, I replied yes. She asked me for the application form, I said I only used my mobile no. For those club cards and she said no it's not applicable and she started to make face although to start they transaction she is already grumpy.

And she didn't finish the transaction and went to the back room, so the cashier (black lady with a curly hair) come by and finished our transaction, so I asked her who that lady is, she said that is the "Manager".

I have been a long time customer at your store and was most upset by these events. Thus, this should not happened as I believe that a manager should be the best example for the subordinates employees on how to interact properly with a customer, and delivered a quality customer service on its customers. If this is your standards for a manager, I believe it is a mistake, she should just lock her self on the back room or stock room as she deserves to be there inside because her attitude is not applicable and she doesn't fit in a customer service industry. Pitty on her!

I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred, I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly.
