I arrived at the airport to collect my daughter on Friday morning who was arriving from Heathrow on a Virgin Atlantic flight. There have been some changes at the airport and I got confused and ended up in the long-term parking by accident. I have been to the airport many times but by the time i realised i was in the wrong place, it was too late! I didnt know this was long term at the time of parking, only when we were leaving and I had to pay R540 for being at the airport for just over an hour!
I certainly cannot afford this and had no choice at the tine to pay. I cannot be the only person to have experienced some confustion when parking and I would really appreciate your assistance with a refund.
