Air India review: Urgent - cancellation of flight reservation - booking reference # 481499106

Dear Air India Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern as I recently discovered that my flight reservation for Air India (Flight No. AI570) has been cancelled due to overbooking.

I experienced that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the cancellation.

has significantly impacted my travel plans, I requested the boarding counter to get my boarding pass, and they have informed that your flight is already filled, and you need to wait for next day with the same time (5:15 am).

I requested them to provide me prompt assistance in finding a suitable alternative or a resolution to this matter, Additionally, I would appreciate information on the compensation or alternatives available for affected passengers in such cases, but they didn't bother anything about it, and they've asked me to book a ticket with next availability in my own expenses.

I booked a next available flight with another agency with cost Rs 20409 actual flight cost from Riyadh to Chennai were Rs 13341.

Your urgent attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

I have been travelling with many flights in last 6 Years, and I never faced such kind of irresponsible answer/ situation.

Due to Air India flight today, I completely loss all my travel plans.

Seeking your support to bear my ticket cost.
