Agoda Companyrefund after agoda messed up my booking

I booked and PAID a hotel via Agoda app. On arrival at hotel they did not have my booking or payment and insisted I pay again. I paid at the hotel but at a higher rate than Agoda. I sent Agoda a mail and after numerouse automated emails and submitting numerous documents as proof they sent me an email stating they will refund me the original cheaper rate that I paid agoda directly. I am not happy with this and they must refund me the higher rate that the hotel charged me as they messed up my booking. Every time they only reply with the same automated response...we have refunded you blah blah blah the lower amount. I have requested that they phone me about 10 times now, but only get the same autonomous reply. There is no way to ever speak to someone unless you phone them internationally and it cost me even more money. VERY BAD SERVICE! Book Ref:[protected]
