On September 26th about 10:30 p.m. my time in Mississippi my wife broke down on the side of Interstate 10 near exit 28 in the eastbound Lane she pulled over to the side safely and called me. I called my insurance company Progressive they sent me to the roadside company a g e r o. The first young man I spoke to there was pretty uncaring sounding and I gave him all the information he asked for and my wife's exact location he then wanted to call my wife my wife suffers from an element that she doesn't talk to many people and he didn't understand that and called her anyway upsetting her even further. To answer this he told her we didn't have benefits and it would cost us over $150 for tow well she called me and I called a g e r o back and got a young lady on the phone. The young lady verified my benefits but inform me that I was only eligible for 15 Mile tow that's wrong absolutely wrong I verified how far I can be towed with Progressive. She also then told me that they would not even open a ticket unless I paid $45 that's extortion. I already paid Progressive for roadside assistance why do I have to pay a g e r o for roadside assistance. I paid because I needed my wife picked up the young lady told me I would receive a text message and I did. The text message informed me that they were working on getting a provider. Approximately an hour later I got another text message saying that there was a problem finding a provider so I called Progressive back they connected me back to a g e r o the gentleman on the phone sounded like we were bothering him it took him 15 minutes to find the ticket in his computer. He said that there were no providers available and that my only other option was to call my own tow truck. I gave him the name of a local tow company who happened to be at a network because I was also informed that if they couldn't find it in network provided they will call out of network. He said he would put it in the notes which he did not so he lied and nobody in your company called that a network that brings us to another problem lack of due diligence your employees do not do their job. Well I called the local tow company Moss Towing they showed up within 30 minutes picked up my wife and brought her home my wife is not left her bed since this ordeal it sounds extreme but that's part of her disability. So you left a 62-year-old disabled woman on the side of a busy interstate in Mississippi at night for over 2 and 1/2 hours and didn't even try to call out of network. So my contract with Progressive who contracts with you so therefore I have a contract with you was breached breach of contract your employees do not do their job correctly and fully lack of due diligence and they lie. All of this adds together into bad faith. How a g e r o has contracts with any insurance companies is ridiculous and beyond me stay away from them.

Desired outcome: The outcome I'm looking for is immediate refund of the $125 it cost me to have a tow truck the $45 that was demanded of me and a g e r o to lose any type of license or privilege to practice business in the state of Mississippi
