I recently purchased from Affordable Seating and I must say the furniture is well built. I have been in the restaurant business for many years so kinda use to see everything. From bar stools that are falling apart after 3 months to bar stools that hold up for 10 years, I've had them all. I have use Affordable on multiple occasions and they never let me down.

We recently ordered 96 patio arm chairs as well as patio table tops, table bases, and solid wood table tops for our restaurant from Affordable Seating. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. The furniture arrived quickly and was well packaged. The extra reinforcements and stronger hardware on the bases made assembly a breeze. We are happy with every aspect of our purchase and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This company is nothing short of exceptional. The sales agents provided excellent customer service guiding us through the entire ordering process and making sure bought what need. The chairs are sturdy, the tables are solid and the overall design is both contemporary and functional. The remarkable quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations and we can confidently say that we made a wise investment. We look forward to returning for our future furniture needs. Delivery was 2 late but we hope that will improve the next time we order and there won't be delays.

I gotta say, I ain't too pleased with Affordable Seating. I was lookin' to buy some new furniture for my restaurant, but this company has been nothin' but trouble. I put in an order for some table tops on February 28th, and the website said they'd be delivered in 3-4 weeks. But here we are, weeks later, and I ain't got nothin' to show for it.

I ain't even got no word on when my order might be shipped. Every time I call customer service, they just tell me they can't confirm nothin'. And let me tell ya, they sure didn't hesitate to take my money.

Now, my restaurant is all ready to go, but I ain't got no tables for my customers to sit at. It's a real mess, let me tell ya.

So, if you're lookin' for restaurant furniture, I'd say keep lookin' elsewhere. Affordable Seating ain't worth the trouble.

I paid upfront for the order and when it arrived, 1/3 of the booths were completely damaged. I had to pay out of my own pocket to repair them, which was a huge inconvenience and expense.

When I contacted Affordable Seating about the issue, they offered to put in a claim with the shipping company. However, it has been 5 months since then and they have changed their story 4-5 times on what is going on. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the shipping company directly. To my surprise, they informed me that Affordable Seating did start a claim but never provided any paperwork. This was very disappointing to hear.

When I reached out to Affordable Seating again, they told me that the check was on the way and that they were waiting on USPS to deliver it. It's almost comical that they are still in business with such poor customer service and communication.

If I had read the negative reviews before making my purchase, I would have avoided Affordable Seating altogether. I strongly advise others to do the same.

I recently had an experience with Affordable Seating that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While I did receive my item, the process was far from smooth. In fact, I found myself on pins and needles throughout the entire process. When the delivery van arrived, they didn't have a lift to deliver the item, so my husband and son had to lift it off the truck themselves. It was a bit of a hassle, but we managed to get it inside.

Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The delivery company, which I suspect is owned by Affordable Seating, took advantage of my credit card and charged me for white glove extra service that never took place. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank, but unfortunately, I lost the dispute. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and it left me feeling like Affordable Seating is a dishonest company.

To make matters worse, the booth I received had some serious flaws. The wood where your legs touch when you stand up was not sanded or smooth, and I ended up with some nasty cuts. If I were a retailer, I would be worried about getting sued over something like this.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Affordable Seating. While they may have some good reviews, I suspect that many of them are staged. In the future, I will only be buying from more reputable online sellers like Amazon, Walmart, or Wayfair.

I recently made a purchase from Affordable Seating, specifically a custom booth, in the middle of May 2021. However, I did not receive any updates regarding my order for quite some time. It wasn't until mid-June that I decided to reach out to them, and it was apparent that something was amiss. They did eventually follow up with an email, but it was already past the supposed shipping date of June 10th. I asked for an update again, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.

It wasn't until August that my order finally arrived, but to my dismay, only one piece out of two arrived, and it was damaged. I had to wait for two weeks for them to find the other piece, and when they did, it was 75 miles away from my location. However, instead of shipping it directly to me, they decided to send it 500 miles north before bringing it back to 75 miles away from me. It took over a week for the piece to finally arrive, and my booth was only completed in mid-August. Thankfully, the damage was not visible.

I must say that my experience with this company was less than satisfactory. I even tried reaching out to the CEO, but I received no response. It's often said that the quality of a company is reflected from the top down, and in this case, it seems to be true. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

I was so dang nervous about ordering from Affordable Seating. I mean, the reviews were all over the place, but I just had to have that look, you know? So I measured like five times and was super careful when I filled out the custom order form. I even asked for a ton of samples before I finally settled on the L-shaped booth with a teal back and gun metal gray base with metal feet. And let me tell you, when it finally arrived, there was a bit of a delay thanks to COVID, but it wasn't too bad. And when I saw the packaging, I was blown away. It was top notch, seriously. Not a single mark on the piece from shipping. It was MINT, y'all!

My husband and I are both in love with the booth and the small round table. It's made our breakfast nook the place to be, even though my college-aged daughters are always fighting over the space. I'm just a regular homeowner, but the booth and table are absolutely perfect. We're so glad we took the plunge and made the purchase. It was totally worth it!

I had a terrible experience with Affordable Seating and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them. I needed furniture for my restaurant and decided to order 19 tables from their website, which claimed they were in stock. However, the tables did not arrive until months later, despite the website's promise of prompt delivery.

When the tables finally arrived, I discovered that they had not actually been in stock, which was a blatant lie. One of the round tables I received had a bad case of warping, so I filed a complaint with Affordable Seating. They offered me a refund for the table, which I accepted.

However, when I received the refund check, I was shocked to see that it was for the wrong amount - only $109 instead of the $508 I was owed. I contacted Affordable Seating to request the correct amount, and they apologized for the mistake and promised to mail me a new check.

Unfortunately, as of April 1st, 2021, I still have not received the correct refund check. I have contacted Affordable Seating multiple times over the past two months to inquire about the status of my refund, but every time I get the same response: "It is being processed by accounting department. Customer Service cannot do anything. Customers are not supposed to talk to them. Customers can only wait. No expected date."

Dealing with Affordable Seating has been an absolute nightmare. They have wasted my time, effort, money, and energy. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company if they want to avoid similar problems.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering from this company, and boy am I regretting it now. I received my order seven months after placing it, despite being promised a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. I understand that Covid has caused delays, but they should have been honest with me from the beginning.

When the furniture finally arrived, I was shocked to see that all of the wood table tops were scratched or dented. They arrived in boxes with only thin, flimsy Styrofoam sheeting on the bottom of the pallets, under boxes and boxes of heavy, black metal bases and chairs. One of the table tops was even missing, despite the box being marked "5". When I contacted the company about these issues, they refused to replace anything because I had already assembled the furniture. They claimed that once it was assembled, it was considered "accepted" by me.

I wasted thousands of dollars on this company, and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. Please read the reviews before ordering from Affordable Seating. They are unscrupulous and will not stand behind their products. I hope that my review can help someone else avoid the same suffering that I went through.

I have never left such a negative review for any company before, but I am struggling to find words to describe just how terrible my experience was. I feel like the quote from Christmas Vacation sums it up pretty well: "If this isn't the biggest bag over the head, punch in the face I ever got, gd*&%! It. "... I want to tell them what cheap, lying, no good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dk-less, hopeless, heartless, fat a$$, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed, sack of monkey sh*! They are! Hallelujah, Holy SH*! Where's the Tylenol?!"
