Affordable Dentures & Implants / Affordable Care review: Replacement of full dentures

I went to this facility for full replacement dentures on November 15, 2022. I bought the most expensive dentures with a promise of perfect fit and said I would have a try on before Christmas. Having not heard from them, after multiple calls and leaving my name and phone #, I had to call and get "Tasha" the front desk person who couldn't find me on their system, and learned they had entered the wrong spelling of my name. I was then told my dentures had not come back due to teeth not being in stock and order delayed. 3 days later they said they were in. Got appt and first fitting of top denture did not match bottom. Had to have dentist/owner to confirm a re-do. My testimony is too long to continue this process. Hear this, if nothing else: After 7-1/2 MONTHS from my first visit and 3 re-do's of my permanent dentures, they finally gave me a refund, but it was not handled fairly.

Finally, my current 8 yr old dentures were purchased from Affordable Dentures in Tampa, Florida. That is why I chose it, but in Lafayette, La where I now live.

I want to speak to a live person by telephone about my experience. I learned that each office is independently owned, but share the name.

If you care about the name and reputations of your offices bearing your name, you will personally reach out to me. And, if you don't, I will do my best with every resource available to share my bad experience to spare others from what I and others I spoke to in the waiting room about.
