Picked them up last open season after 30 years with BCBS since they had a bit better eye care benefits. Without advance notice they dropped me. Thankfully my eye doctor called me before my appointment to let me know. I can't believe they didn't even let me know. Thank God my eye care clinic has some workers who are on top of things! Now I wait for this open season to go back to BCBS. I can say my one year with them was one year too much. I used them once for an eye dr appt and a years supply of contacts (even then I had to pay part), maybe they weren't making enough money off of me?! Haha I give them an F ... for FAIL.

Recommendation: Just be advised they'll drop you without warning. Probably not good if you have major medical issues going on.
