I was in Canton, OH for training, decided to get a jersey (The Trevor Project Donation) from Aeropostale at Blenden Village Mall. The store didn't have my size, so paid cash for the jersey gave all the necessary information, and had it ordered from that store and shipped to my workplace in Columbus, OH, that was Oct 2nd. It was shipped FedEx, never arrived, although FedEx said it was delivered. Called Aeropostale only to be told that I would need to go back to the store (a 2-hour drive) to get a refund. After long conversation I'm supposed to get a gift card to repurchase the item. A waste of time of back-and-forth with Aeropostale customer service.

Desired outcome: I should have got the purchased item re-shipped to me over night for the inconvenience as it is still in stock.
