Advance Auto Partscustomer service


I went into Advanced Auto February 19th, 2016. The problem or the issue was customer service. There is a lady and her name is Sherry. I was standing in line to ask a question, and she didn't ask how may I help you or anything. She let 1 person cut in front of me and did not say anything. And when I finally did got the chance to speak to her she gave me a mean nasty attitude. All I wanted to know is if they had some valves for my car tires. I guess that was too much to ask. She was terrible and customers should not be treated like that, especially when I am spending my money there. I started to walk out and not get the valves, but I needed them and I let someone else check me out!!!
