I ordered a pair of trail contacts for my new priscription as now i have Astigmatism in my eye. So my doctor recommended me to have astimatism contacts..So i placed an order for a trail pair at first to try on and then i would order the supply of contacts for a year.. So apparently Astigmatisum contacts should take about a 2 weeks to come...but now ita been 4 weeks and i still havent got my pair of trail contacts...they keep telling me tht i will get it by next week...but ita been 4 WEEKS now..and my eyes are in extreme pain..as i have no contacts to wear and they are straining too much too...i keep getting headaches due to tht too...now ths is the kind of customer service they provide to their customers...i mean if i were to order 1yr supply i would get it right away..in one weeks becuz tht bussiness for them...but since i am ordering only trail pair contacts they dont care...becus its no bussiness to them...i am extremely frustrated frm them...now due to this infinite time of deley in reciveing my contacts..NOW IN THIS INGINITE DELAY..SINCE MY EYES R STRAINING TOO MUCH...IF MY PRISCRIPTION WERE TO WENT UP..WHO THE HELL IS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS..JOHN AND JOHNSON...SHOULD I SUE THEM FOR THIS TORTURE...i want to tell every single friend of mine and strangers on what kind of service i am getting...and i would tell them not to ever buy contacts frm them ever...now if johnson and johnson or acuve oasis has the oppertunity to read this...contact me asap...[protected]@hotmail.com and if they dont...i willl jst consider that Johnson and Johnson and Acuve Oasis DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL...AND DO NOT HAVE ANY SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE...
