I sent in sum games and figures to be graded, like I've done before

I sent in sum games and figures to be graded, like I've done before. They sent me an invoice for a little over $800 and said my items would ship out in 2-3 months. I asked why I had to pay before they shipped, but they cancelled the invoice a few days later. They said they wouldn't take PayPal because of a dispute I had with them before. I said if I can't pay with PayPal, I want my stuff back. They took a week to ship it back and packed it poorly, so my stuff got damaged. Now they're making me do an insurance claim and won't answer the phone or email. Their customer service is terrible and they don't know what they're doing.
