Otaku Charms - Disappointing Experience with Otaku Charms: Order Not Delivered and No Response from Customer Service
So, I was really excited to get some new shirts from Otaku Charms. I ordered two of them and they took my money right away. But then, I waited and waited and my shirts never came. I tried to reach out to them to see what was going on, but they haven't responded to me at all. It's really frustrating because I was really looking forward to wearing those shirts. I don't know what to do now. I hope they get back to me soon.
