prepexpert.com is a scam. They say they'll give you your money back if you don't improve your score, but that's a lie. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.

I got my son signed up for the SAT Prep class from Prep Expert on 2/10/2022. I paid $599.00 for the X-Week SAT Prep Course Feb-Apr Sat/Sun 9:00AM-12:00PM PST. My son attended all of their classes, but his SAT score only went up by 60 points. Prep Expert promised a 200 point increase, so I asked for my money back as per their contract. But they said my son didn't attend all the classes and didn't finish all the homework and tests. I don't trust their data, and I don't know why they didn't send it to me weekly during the 6 week course. They say you need 72 hours to be successful, but I think it's more like 216 hours. Their money-back guarantee seems like a marketing trick. I want proof that they've ever refunded someone's money after their child didn't get a 200 point increase on their SAT scores.
