I am facing issue regarding payment hike immediately after Full payment.

I was under discussion last one month for Schedule Risk analysis software training and ACTE share the fees' structure 35000 Rs including Fast track and we agreed I paid full amount 08 Sep26 and class supposed to be start by 10 Sep26 and next day I received call to pay extra 9000 Rs that explanation sorry/ apologies/ system issue kindly of answer by ACTE team however the class schedule on 14 September again missed and till now no timeline until extra payment

Claimed loss: I paid full amount 35000 Ruppes and No classes till today

Desired outcome: I want to start the classes onwards if not possible to refunnd the paid amountThanks
