Good day Sir/Madam

My name is Sibusisiwe Dondi, I went to ackermans Ngebs Mall at around11:55, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my Mom, then I also bought a Beanie set for my daughter, while I was paying I asked the Cashier Ncebakazi to separate the items coz we are going to different places, she gave me an attitude, saying she doesn't have small plastic bags, and she did not even pack my things, she did not take out the tag that was on the leggings, I had to come back with the security and she argued with me, but the security apologized for the incident, I know my rights as a customer, that was not accepted at all, and am the customer for ackermans for a very long tym, am buying clothes for my kidz there. I will await for your response.
