Their app is basically worthless in colorado due to it not taking into account the .27/.28 cent delivery fee that colorado charges. Orders will fail, in store processing is typically not allowed, They say it is 7-10 days for a refund, then they will tell you its 14, not after 21 days I am told that the retailer who canceled the order within moments and did even act as if they knew what Acima was is responsible for my refund not being processed. None of these things were in my power. I didnt even want to cancel the order. I was the one that had to research and figure out the issue, I am the one that had to gather all of the info and send it in to acima and now they are holding roughly 146 dollars of mine because their app isnt updated to reflect current colorado law.
I have had good experiences with this company in the past and thankfully I am not relying on the 146 to survive but the fact that I have spent so much time chatting with and calling their customer service only to get blamed for these issues, then troubleshoot them myself, and then receive zero help (not even a credit towards an open lease I have) well it makes it really difficult to recommend this company to anyone.
