I never heard of this company in my life and received a charge for 560 this morning August 1st, 2023. I tried calling them and they want bank statements and police reports. I will be filing a dispute with my bank tomorrow. Really inconvenient and illegal on their part. Shame on Acima!
They let somebody else use my bank information on somebody
elses loan contract. They pry for other personal information like bank statements.

I woke up on August first to find a charge on my account from this company for 560. After contacting the company they told me that my bank information was used to pay on somebody elses loan account. My bills are late and this company requires a bank statement to refund their stolen funds and Direct Express doesnt offer a bank statement. They have somehow cost me damages by accessing my bank information to steal from my account. They are pretty much low life thieves that steal and hold your money
