Ace Hardware review: An employee

I have been an Ace hardware customer for over 15 years and cannot even begin to tell you how much money I've spent at Ace from paint to lumber to home improvement needs and today at the Ace hardware store in Portola California I was disrespected, talked down to was treated extremely rude and was embarrassed in front of a full store of people. I have never been treated so rudely in my life I'm still shaking from the incident. Honestly I have no clue what the employees name was I just know that Everytime I go there and she's working she isn't very pleasant and I try to avoid her if possible but today was the last time for me I will never go back to that store EVER!
I had been in a few days earlier and bought some paint to redo my dining room well it wasn't enough to finish the room so I took the paint can back to the store with me and asked if they could make another quart of the same color and they said yes, so I waited for the paint to be mixed and he assured me it was the same color so upon returning home I opened thel paint and begun to finish the dining room and to my surprise it was the wrong color so I put the lid back on took a picture to show them the difference and went back to the store and as soon as I walked up to the counter the same lady looked at me and rolled her eyes and said " no, sorry I can't do anything to help you too bad were not mixing anymore paint for you so deal with it your stuck with that color " my reply was very calm as I said to her, wait why? I just painted half my dining room and this isn't the same color as I tried to show her the pic I took and she said [censored] I don't care that could be some other paint you put on there so no and from now on we will not mix any paint for you so you can take your [censored] lying [censored] to Mountain hardware in Greagle which is 1/2 hour drive then threw the paint cans across the counter with a smirk slammed her drawer and walked off mumbling incoherent cuss words.
Unbelievable!

Rude employees using foul language. Disrespecting customers, EMBARRASSING customers, snotty attitudes, violent behavior, overall horrible attitudes with children in the store foul language infront of CHILDREN
