BEWARE, do not trust any of their statements. I was repeatedly informed that their worker was completing another small job and would arrive at my house soon. This occurred throughout the entire day. They did not even bother to make courtesy calls. As of now, the worker has still not appeared.

This review highlights the unprofessionalism and subpar quality of work provided by the company. Their work was consistently late and below average, and they failed to properly address issues such as a leaky window. Moreover, they refused to complete the job despite my requests, resulting in damage to my home. It is my belief that they lack the capability to perform their work effectively. Additionally, they deliberately chose not to finish tasks and dishonestly claimed they had completed them.

I decided to write this review because I noticed conflicting opinions in the other reviews and I hope that mine can assist others in making an informed decision. I am very happy that we took a chance and hired Acadian for our shower renovation to fix some water leakage problems. The project started promptly after we gave them the green light. The demolition and rebuilding process went quite quickly. We did encounter a significant delay while waiting for the tile to arrive, but that was not Acadian's fault. Once the tile arrived, they wasted no time in getting back to work. The contractors they sent were friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of each day, they made an effort to clean up the area as much as possible (unlike most contractors). I am extremely satisfied with my new shower and feel reassured knowing that it comes with a warranty.
