I saw their number on one of their trucks and called to ask about solar. Ended up getting both solar panels and a water softener for my home and business. I noticed a big difference when washing cars - we don't need as much soap anymore. Plus, I don't have to buy bottled water anymore. It's a win-win situation for me. Best investment I've made in a while.

Valley Water is a really good company! I think they're better than all the other solar companies in the Central valley. At first, I was a little unsure because I didn't want to be stuck in a commitment for 20 or 30 years. But they gave me some choices and that's what I was looking for. If you talk to Jose, he'll help you get some good deals from the company. Thanks!

I'd defo suggest Valley Water to anyone looking for solar services. I even got my fam to use them and they helped us out with our credit. TBH, we were kinda doubting if we'd even qualify cuz last year was rough, but they hooked us up and even helped us pick the best interest rate. It's dope to see a company that cares more about helping their clients than just making money off of them. Big ups to Valley Water!

Me and my hubby are super happy with Valley Water. We was kinda confused about whether to rent or buy panels, but our neighbor Francisco M recommended them and she loves her panels. So we had a chat with them and they answered all our questions and even gave us some peeps to talk to. Now we own our panels and even two of our kids do too. Thanks Valley Water!

I got a call from Valley Water offering a free water test, so I set up an appointment. The sales guy was real pro and showed us the quality of the water we get from the city. He told us how the softner works and what it's good for. We had some questions and Francisco took the time to explain everything. They installed the system the next day in the morning and Francisco came by at noon to make sure everything was good. Now, after a few weeks using the system, I can say it really works.

I gotta say, Valley Water is a pretty solid company. I've been rockin' with 'em for two years now and my solar panels are still kickin' it. My bills are lookin' good and my solar app is showin' some good production. Only problem I had was with my monitoring app not workin' right, but turns out it was just my Wi-Fi signal bein' too low. They hooked me up with an antenna and now everything's workin' like a charm. Definitely recommend these guys.

I got my water thingy from Valley Water in 2019 and it's been a lifesaver, especially during covid-19 when we didn't wanna go out and buy water. We moved to a new crib in February and asked Valley Water to move our system for us, which they did. My man and I were looking for solar panels for our new spot and saw their car said Valley Solar, so we asked for a quote. A couple came the next day and helped us out with everything, and their quote was actually better than the other three we got. It's been three months now and we ain't got no electric bill, so we wanna give a big shoutout to Valley Water and Valley Solar for all their help.

Got a postcard from Valley Water in March when we just got our new crib. We hit them up for a solar panel quote and they beat out the other guys. Jose & Alejandra were super helpful since our credit ain't the best. They even speak Spanish which made my man feel more at ease to ask questions. We were hesitant about going solar cuz of all the bad stuff we heard, but don't let that scare you. Do your own research and ask questions. Valley Water made it easy for us and even told us we could cancel if we changed our minds. They weren't pushy like other companies. That's why I didn't hesitate to give them a review. Thanks, guys!

I made a deal with Valley Water on 3/31 for Solar. They came out quick to put in the Solars and wires, but it took 3 days to finish. I asked Jose, the owner, how long it would take and he said 30 days max. He came back on June 21st to put in the Batteries and then never came back. I've tried calling and emailing but no answer. It's been over a year and my Solar still doesn't work. I'm paying $240 a month for the loan and MID for electricity. They came back 2 weeks ago on April 8th but didn't fix anything. I want my money back and everything gone. Jose promised a lot but didn't do anything. I'm done with this Bad Company. See attached pics of emails and texts. Please help me fix this.

On March 25th, we decided to install a whole-house water filter, with my husband as the responsible party. The person who came to offer us the service, Mr. ***, promised us a lot of things. For example, 0% interest for up to 3 years, hygiene products for a modest amount of less than $100 dollars, and filter replacement cleaning service at no cost. However, we are being charged 7.99% interest, and a second monthly charge is being made to the same credit account that this person opened for my husband at Synchronic bank. Unfortunately, I didn't understand the contract until a few months later when I realized the percentage they were charging me. I contacted the person who made the contract, and he said he would investigate what happened, but he never called me back. Later, he said he never said it was 0% interest and that I was wrong. Weeks later, I contacted the main office, and the person who answered the phone said the manager would contact me, but I never received a call. I contacted the accounting person, and he said he would talk to the bank, but he never called me back. Weeks later, I spoke to Mr., and he said he didn't know why the second charge was made, that it was another purchase we had made, but that card was sent to me by the bank, and he told me to destroy it. I never used it for any other purchase. When I tried to order hygiene products after a year, they told me there was a $250 shipping charge, but the company that provides the product doesn't charge for shipping. They also told me they needed to replace the filter, and they charged me $110 dollars. I have never received a call from the manager or the staff trying to help fix all these bad services. I ask that more regulation be put on these abusive companies.
