Just got my system installed yesterday, the difference is night and day! I'm so happy with it, it's like a whole new world. The folks at Stellar H20 LLC really know their stuff. They did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased. The water is crystal clear and tastes amazing. I can already feel the difference in my skin and hair. It's like I'm living in a fancy spa now. We should've done this so much sooner, we didn't realize just how bad our water was until we got our system installed. Excellent all around, from the sales rep, technician, and the customer service start to finish!

Thank you so much for your help and for answering all my silly questions. We're super happy with our new water system. The guy who installed it was really nice and didn't seem to mind all the questions I bombarded him with. Our old system was nothing compared to this fancy one.

This company is terrible. They try to sell you on the idea of a water purification system that only costs $75 a month for 5 years. But the truth is, if you only pay the $75 a month, it will take 12 years and you'll end up paying over $5000.00 in interest. Don't buy anything from these people. You can get the same system installed for less than $1200 elsewhere, while they charge you over $5k plus all the money they'll get from you in interest. The company doesn't tell you upfront how much it will really cost you in the end. And to make matters worse, they install the system and leave without giving you any instructions on how to use it.

This company is the worst ever. I ordered a system that they lied about, saying it didn't need salt. But guess what? They had no clue how to put it together. I'm suing them because it's been over 2 months and I still don't have clean water. The lady in the office is so rude, she has zero customer service skills. We asked her not to send a certain technician to our home because he's a creep, but she just kept sending him anyway. They still don't know how to fix the unit and they want us to wait a month for them to "change a valve" on a unit they never even installed properly. Our water looks yellow, our skin is itchy, and we can't even bathe or cook. Our clothes are ruined and we had to get them cleaned, but nobody at the company takes responsibility for their actions. They run their business in a disgusting way and I really hope nobody in South Florida uses them. It's been 2 months and they still haven't fixed anything. We have to bathe in yellow water. Their behavior and lack of skills and knowledge are absolutely abhorrent. Five different people and not one of them knows how to install a brand new $10k unit. This company is the absolute worst in the industry.
