The Crack Guys did an amazing job! They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they quoted. The crew, led by a really nice guy named Austin, was super polite and easy to talk to. They were all very professional, but Austin went above and beyond to keep us informed about the progress of the job and make us feel comfortable with a bunch of guys working in and around our home for three days. I would definitely recommend The Crack Guys to anyone who needs foundation or other home repair services. They finished the job on time, from November 2nd to November 4th.

They went above and beyond to figure out the root of the issue and gave us an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. This really helped ease our worries. The guy who came over was super friendly and had a big smile on his face. He knew a lot about foundational issues and was very trustworthy, professional, and honest. He asked us if we had any questions or concerns about the water foundation problem and addressed them in a positive way. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. Overall, I can say that The Crack Guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, well-respected, polite, courteous, and positive. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They did some foundation work on my deck on 4/12 with Noel leading the team
They did some foundation work on my deck on 4/12 with Noel leading the team. They said it was all done that day and I checked the contract with Noel. But when I went to see it later, I found out that a big part of the rim joist/sill plate wasn't fixed, one out of five joists wasn't fixed, and a part of the deck was still attached to the house. I was worried that the 5 piers weren't installed, but they were buried deep. I got them back and they said they forgot about the joist and that the rim joist/sill plate didn't need to be fully replaced (which they didn't tell me when I checked the contract with Noel). They changed the price (in a shady way) and said everything was done and I had to pay. But then I saw that the girder repair wasn't done either. I'm worried they're charging me for work they didn't do.
