ABX Expresspoor service. no delivery

My item from shopee arrived kota kinabalu on 11/05/2019. Till to date the item yet to be delivered despite complaint & follow up has been sought few times with ABX Kuala Lumpur and ABX Kota Kinabalu. Tracking number is SHX81165617BMY. I can't believe such poor services from ABX. Shameful to ABX!!!. I hope ABX really take stern action on this if their are serious & committed in their business!!!. I dont how long again this ABX Kota Kinabalu going to keep my item & seem like they are not interested with their job at all. This is a cancer in an organisation that going to tarnish ABX reputation!!!.
