Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank [ADIB]customer service executive

Very very bad experience and I don't advise anyone to use this bank I wanted to open an account they said I have to open my old account which is blocked because I was outside the country they said you need to open new account I said OK next 2 weeks no call I went there they said we can't open new you to reopen the old account I said OK then another 2 weeks they said no sorry we need to open new account
What is this service I regret to use this bank
