My nephew (*** Gugliociello ***) applied to buy a new car from this dealer on or about 3/3/22. The dealership tricked him about the interest rate (rate on the contract is ***%), added a service contract for ***, and a service agreement for 581. I would have been the co-signer on the contract but when I got it and checked it, I was shocked at the details. The 6-year loan in the end would have cost *** for a car that the sticker is ***. The dealer took a $500.00 deposit from him before I had a chance to check the contract. They don't have a signed contract.

Now, I'm asking for an additional refund of $33.12, which is the amount I paid for sales tax on the bedliner.
