The Hertz rental booking was confirmed on August 23, 2025, approximately one month before the trip on the AARP website. The pickup was charged 3 times over the quoted rate and an additional fee to add a second driver (25 years older).

I have added a driver with numerous times with other rental companies and was never charged more as an AARP member.

Claimed loss: Over charged on quote almost 3X the amount.

Desired outcome: Needs to refund the difference along with the additional driver surcharge fee.
