Joined aarp filled out all required information. Didn't work so I did it again still didn't work so I tried 3 more times and still didn't work. In fact the only thing that did work was them getting the money. The app popped up a number to call and all it did was advertise. I looked up another number. I called the lady ask me to try to do it again then transferred me to IT and they never answered the phone.
