On March 29, 2023, had car tolled to Arlington Heights, IL on 400 W. Northwest Hwy. I have been told too many excuses: 1st short on staff, 2nd casing has been order out of state, 3rd need another part but still working with one mechanic. Call on left message as to status of repairs cost, Apr 4th phone call then left message, Apr 21st, price $2030.00 so agreed to cost, Apr 30th still need other part but states will be done in a few days, and May 1st spoke Jaimie, another excuse only have one mechanic working also waiting for other part as he ran into a problem. I offered to work as a cleaning lady so he can just work on cans to give more time to work on cars, he declined offer. It has been a month so I have been sending messages via website for Aamco in Arlington Heights, IL but those gave no replies.
Daniel Suarez, owner of said vehicle, and elderly mother, Nellys Martinez, paying for repairs so Uber calls can be taken. I need senior discount on fixed income and my son, Daniel Suarez, has no income because no car. lost cost to $4000ish. Help mechanic out and send him help ASAP, more mechanics or transfer car to another location that can get job done with free tolling.
Desired outcome: I have the 2014 Ford Escape repaired at the agreed price, no surprises.

Trying to force a loan for $6600 that can't afford to pay, more excuses. Awaiting call from Manager at 400 W. NW Hwy., Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Need a call ASAP for 2014 Ford Escape.
On May 8th, 2023, picked up car paid $1000.00 plus loan from EasyPay. Drove off with car only 8 minutes away car stopped moving forward, only backwards so had car tolled back to shop. At this point a refund would be better than trying to deal with this situation any further. The car had a new engine that is still being paid on so this is why it was taken to AAMCO to repair a casing leak only as the transmission was working perfectly when transmission fluid was added but all the liquid came out so cracked casing needed repairs only. I don't know what happen, but white smoke is not a good sign, I believe my car is a total lost because repairs were not done right!
