I didn't have a garage and I needed one for a place to keep my husband's car-building hobby out of the way. I contacted these garage builders in Cleveland and they were really helpful. On the phone they told me what to expect and they came by to assess the area. After taking precise measurements and listening to what I needed, they gave me a quote that fit into my budget and built me exactly what we talked about. I'm thrilled, and my husband's car project is nicely tucked away.

At 7:20 AM a five man crew started building my 20x20 garage, by 12:30 PM that same day the crew finished cleaning up and pulled out of my driveway leaving a completed finish garage. The next day the electrician hooked up my garage door opener and I had a completely completed and functional garage. It took them a total of 8 days to tear down my old double garage put in the cement pad and complete the new garage. I was totally amazed how professional and fast the crew was to complete the garage and clean up like they were never there. I would recommend 100% Platinum Garage to anyone who was interested in having a new garage built

Had old garage torn down and new one built. Happy customers and quality are Platinum Garages & Electrical's goal. Follow up is quick. Friendly and hardworking employees. Customer service is stellar. Office staff: The phone is always answered by a pleasant and helpful person. Nilisa, the office manager, ensured procedures and communications were organized. Nilisa was a key to great customer service. Salesperson Shayan is knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer service-oriented. Platinum Garages & Electrical offers materials from quality manufacturers and ample color choices. Carpenters started at 7:10 a.m. and were done around 2 p.m. They worked well together. Tim ***, the project manager, was often present and other times a phone call away. Great follow up and customer service provided by Tim.

I had Platinum Garages remove an unusable garage and replace it with a good one. I asked them to start anytime after April 15th. They called me and said they could start on April 13th, I agreed. They arrived at 8:00 AM on the 13th and demolished the old garage, its floor, and footers and hauled the debris away all in one day with no collateral damage. They leveled the site and prepared it for concrete by the 16th. After a snowstorm, the concrete work was done on the 20th. They started construction at 8:00 AM on the 22nd and was finished by 4:00. Electrical and mechanical work was done on the 23rd. The work was flawless. When the Garfield Heights inspector (known for being nitpickers) inspected it, he said it wasn't just good enough, it was perfect. All in less than two weeks.

Would give NO stars if I could. The foreman Tim first came to us on demolition day and said that they could not take the old fence that was next to my garage. THEN came and told my father that he could take the fence, but my father had to pay him $120 CASH for him to do it. I called the main office and spoke with Shayan who looked into the matter, but said that there was nothing wrong with what Tim did. I asked for a receipt for the dump of my garage, which Shayan still has not produced. He said it would be on the final bill, and it was not. I did finally get the money taken off the final bill, but only because the sales person, Michael, helped me out. Demolition crew spoke almost NO English, so could not communicate with them about a few problems I had. Called Tim to ask him. An hour later still had not heard back. So I called the office and spoke with Nilsa. She called Tim about my issue that needed resolved since it was 4pm on a Friday. Tim yelled at me "for telling on him" to the office. Demolition crew was seen on my cameras and by the neighbors 3 year urinating on my fence in my backyard. When it was brought up to Tim, he said "well they are human you know." There was NO communication from Platinum Garage at all. We kept having to call them to see when they would be back to work on things. Got a call at 3PM on a Friday that the electric team would be to my house in a hour to dig the trench for the electric wires and put in the garage door opening. I was not home and had to hurry up to come home so they could get in my basement. Electrical company was subleted out. Owner had to come back once to fix mistakes. Then had to fix yet another mistake before it would pass the city inspections. Shayan called twice looking for the final payment from us after we kept telling him the job wasn't done yet, that no one had come to program my garage door opener. Both times he seemed very shocked that no one had done that yet. So again, no communication. Shayan sent Tim to my house, who I specifically requested not be back on my property. He had no clue what he was doing to program the garage door opener. Said they were going to come back the next day. I got upset and told I have already been waiting 3 days. They finally brought someone in who could program the doors. The whole time Tim was at my house, he was on the phone, wandering through my backyard like he owned the place and giving me dirty looks. Shayan had specifically given "his team" instructions NOT to speak to me, the HOME OWNER, but to my father, who only signed the contract since we were going to do a loan thru the garage company. We did NOT do that thankfully. What an unprofessional team.
