This towing company is the worst I've ever dealt with. The managers have a terrible attitude and treat customers horribly. It's unacceptable. They act like they're better than everyone else just because they have your car and charge outrageous fees. It's illegal and shameful that they're still in business. They need to be shut down ASAP.

I'm a licensed car dealer and my car got stolen and taken to A Superior Towing Company. They told me to bring the title or a notarized sales agreement, which is ridiculous because private transactions don't usually have notarized purchase orders. I brought the reassigned title, purchase order, sunbiz, and my dealer's license, but these guys said I needed a notarized purchase order to get my car back. They wouldn't release it to me. I had to call the police, who showed up and chatted with the towing company while I waited in the heat. Finally, the dealership sent a copy of the same purchase order and they released my car. It seems like they don't care about being helpful and just want to make money from their cozy relationship with the cops. It's sad that I had to go through all this.

This towing company, A Superior Towing, was a nightmare for us. My girl got into a car wreck and had to go to the hospital. These guys towed her car to their lot and when we went to get it back less than a day later, they wanted to charge us $538 just to release it and tow it down the street. What a rip-off! The car was totaled, but we just wanted to get the subwoofers out of the trunk. They said they'd tow it for $300, but wouldn't let us take the subwoofers out ourselves. They claimed it was against their policy, but it's just two little cables! My girl tried to take them out anyway and they jumped her and took them away. That's straight-up robbery! And these guys work for the cops and the state! They need to be investigated and shut down! Don't ever use this company!

My mom was stuck in her car in Plantation, FL, in the rain, on her way to a doctor's appointment. Her car had been acting up for over a week, and she had just gotten a new battery, but it was suggested she needed an alternator. I live three hours away, and I was trying to work with her insurance agent to get her towed, but they said we had to find a tow company on our own. So, I spent an hour Googling over 14 towing companies in the area, and none of them answered their phones or had full message centers. Some of the numbers were even disconnected! I was on the phone with my sister and my mom's neighbor, trying to keep her calm, but it was a stressful situation.

Out of all the companies I tried, only two others answered the phone, and they couldn't get a truck there until the next day. But then, A Superior Towing picked up on the second ring. The lady who answered, I think her name was Susan, was so nice and friendly. She understood that it was an emergency, and she dispatched a driver right away. He showed up in about 30 minutes, even though it was raining cats and dogs. His name was Mike, and he was patient because my mom was still in her car, and he couldn't find her at first. He stayed on the phone with me until they found each other. When they finally did, my mom said he was super nice, professional, and she felt safe with him. She even said he was cute, haha!

Mike called me back when he was on his way, when he arrived, and after he dropped my mom off at her house with her car. I trusted them right away, even though I didn't know them, and I was worried about my mom being with a stranger. But they were caring, friendly, and professional, and I was so happy with their service. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I'm calling A Superior Towing. You should too!

Hello on 01/19/2024 10:31 pm my car was disabled not due to a car accident. And was carefully loaded onto A Superior Towing Truck. The driver walked around and took pictures of both sides and front and back of my vehicle Mercedes Benz cla250 Grey. The car was towed to 2385 SW 66 terrace Davie Florida. I irrived on 01/20/2024 10:09am to pickup my car. When the gentleman bought the car out to me I noticed that the left rear bumper had a really deep cut in it. So I bought it to the gentleman attention and also mentioned to him that it wasn't there before and the person who pick the car up took pictures of all angles. So he politely pulled up the photos taken the night before and we both walked around the car looking for other markings that wasn't in the photos taken. And he stated that the cut in the bumper was indeed a new one. I was recording as he was taking pictures. He gave me all the information needed to make a complaint and claim.

So, like, my car got into a gnarly accident and the cops put it on hold. They said the county would cover the costs but I had to pay first. When I saw the bill from A Superior Towing Company, I was shook. They wanted over $1000 for just a few days! I asked for an itemized list of charges, which they're supposed to give me by law, but they acted like they didn't know what that was. Then they said they couldn't give it to me because it had "personal info" on it. But they sent me a "Letter" that didn't have any info on it! This company is shady and doesn't follow the rules to protect customers like me. Don't use them!
