I would just like to say that sony from asap towing the henderson location is amazing he was there a few minutes before the projected time usually I wait way over that he was very kind, he was courteous, he was just about everything very pleasant man 6 o'clock in the morning lol.. I just want to say it again, thank you so much sonny umr the best, u made a very uncomfortable situation comfortable kk

The owner of ASAP Towing Company in San Diego is a drug addict. I have a video of him smoking crystal meth with underage girls. He always screams when he talks, which is very alarming. Be careful if you decide to do business with this person. I have evidence to support my claims, so feel free to message me if you need proof. I strongly advise against working with this individual. Their company is the worst in all of San Diego. I give them a one-star rating.

Last night, GEICO assigned my out of gas job to ASAP Towing in Miramar. The GEICO app said it would take 45 minutes, and I was on the side of a dark highway at night. So, I called ASAP to see if it would really take 45 minutes. The dispatch guy (this was around 8:45/9pm on 06/12) said it would not, at most 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called them and could not get through. I kept trying to get through for 10-15 minutes, no luck. I called GEICO and they finally got through to ASAP towing, who finally ASSIGNED THE CALL 65 minutes after GEICO sent them the job. The driver HALED [sic] called me, again 65 minutes after ASAP was first contacted, and he said he had gotten the call 7 MINUTES before he called me. He also admitted this while I was on the phone with TANNER AT GEICO, a supervisor. THIS COMANY IS THE WORST.

I would give ASAP Towing no stars if I could. This company didn't follow their own codes of ethics. Our belongings were rummaged through in the car, they broke the car key off in the ignition. The head rests were missing. They stood watch while we grabbed our belongings as if we were stealing from ourselves. They told us someone had gone through the car before any releases were signed, Then went back on their statement and said it was our insurance (who had yet to have any access to the car because the release wasn't signed) They stole the registration. They made the adjusters wait an hour past the time they scheduled and held the car from the insurance company for more days than necessary. Over all this company is operating fraudulently. I advise everyone to work with companies who have better understandings of customer service and Ethical business practices. KARMA IS A REAL HEAVY HITTER. MAY THIS COMPANY ENJOY MEETING HER.

Terrible & incompitent towing company! My car insurance hired them to transport my car from one shop to another. We asked them to deliver it to *** and the car never got there. I called the towing company to ask where was my car and where did they drop it off to because we were waiting for it at the shop and they swore they had delivered it. The car never showed up and it was 6pm and we had to leave to work. Following day we followed up on the where abouts of our car and still no answer, we called the towing company and they still swore up and down they delivered it to the right address. I asked who signed off for it and they couldnt tell me. Their excuse was that the guy didnt spoke english! So basically they didnt care where they dropped it off or who signed for it! My husband & I went down to the mechanic shop again and drove around trying to see if they delivered it to the wrong shop & sure enough they did, it was delivered a block away to ***.! All in All DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL DELIVER THE CAR TO THE WRONG PERSON AND ADDRESS WITH NO CARE!

My car got towed 'cause I parked it wrong. I knew why it happened and I wasn't mad or nothin'. So, I went to get my car back and pay the fine. They wanted me to sign this paper sayin' I inspected my car, but I asked if I could actually do the inspection. And that's when things got messed up. My car had a flat tire that wasn't there when I parked, so I wrote it down and signed. The guy at the front desk got super mad and started yellin' at me, callin' his boss and all. He was like, "NO CAR TODAY!" Then he yelled at me to go to the CHP office, which was like 40 minutes away, to get some paperwork. I went and got the paperwork, and then he told me I had to sign it. Finally, I figured out what was goin' on. He was tryin' to make me so frustrated that I'd give up and sign the paper takin' back what I wrote about the flat tire. I realized this and just signed it 'cause I didn't wanna waste any more time or energy. It's messed up how these businesses use their power to mess with you and make you give up your rights. It's sad that the CHP, a respected organization, would work with such shady people who don't have any morals or ethics.

The tow truck company was called for an Emergency Road Side tow from an insurance company. The driver arrived late, informed us of a different amount than we were promised. He did not believe our word. During this time of COVID, he did not wear a mask while speaking in close proximity of me and my party. He opened my door and was leaning on it while I'm sitting in the vehicle. My party and I contacted the insurance company, they told us that they'll inform the tow truck's dispatch of the correct amount of mileage and money that we owe. While the tow truck driver sat in his truck few hundred feet away. We waited 25 minutes before I got out of my vehicle to go speak with him. Keep in mind, the rules he has posted in his cab of his truck states, "NO SMOKING" and "MASK ARE REQUIRED" while in truck. He was smoking a cigarette in a closed cab, no windows up and not wearing a mask. I asked if his dispatch called him. He told me, "no." So he got on the phone and he called his dispatch, he put the phone on speaker, the dispatch person said, "yes, I called you three times and you didn't answer." He was in disbelief himself. His dispatch told him the same rate that we informed him. He confirmed it three times. Like he didn't believe his own dispatch. He finally loaded the vehicle on the flat bed truck. While on the ride home, he drove with his personal phone on the seat between his legs. He was also traveling at unsafe speeds reaching 81 MPH in a 60MPH zone. He kept drifting to the side hitting the turtle bumps on the road. When we got in the truck, he didn't even confirm that me and my sister had our seat belts on. He started and drove without even concern for our safety. Just a horrible experience the whole time. Would love to get a refund.
