The ofice staff is unprofesional, especially Mario. He's very rude and doesn't have good customer service skills. They don't communicate well, which is very disappointing. I don't recommend this company at all.

aj bono plumbing is not good for the community. They should be ashamed of their service during the coronavirus crisis. They left my house without any explanation and left the door wide open. They just sat in their car and drove off.

I had to call A J Bono Plumbing to fix the mess. They came quickly and fixed the problem with the shower door. The technician was polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I was impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. The only downside was the cost, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received from A J Bono Plumbing.

I called My Home Warranty on December 2nd, to fix my water heater and hall bathroom. The shower faucet in the hall bathroom had low water pressure, and the water heater stopped working on 11/21. I couldn't file a claim with My Home Warranty at that time, so I called a local plumber to fix it. The plumber from *** Plumbing *** came on December 6th to check the bathroom tub spout. He couldn't fix it because he didn't have the right part (aerator). He turned off the water to my house during his inspection and turned it back on. He didn't remove the spout, but he wiped under the tub faucet with a paper towel and showed me the tiny calcium deposits that had collected on it. The water pressure improved immediately. Please note: When you turn on the main water valve after plumbing repairs, it can cause more calcium deposits to build up in your faucets. The deposits can also accumulate inside your house's water supply pipes. If you turn on the main water valve too quickly, the water can rush into the pipes with enough force to break the calcium deposits loose. Turning it on slowly will cause the water to flow into the pipes with less force. The plumber told My Home Warranty that the tub faucet had calcium deposits and couldn't be fixed. He also said there was no hot water in the bathroom. However, he didn't inspect the water heater. He told My Home Warranty that he had inspected it and that it was causing hot/cold water intermittently. This was a lie because he didn't inspect the water heater, and we do have hot water, which is not intermittent. The lies caused My Home Warranty to deny both inspections.
