7272 Exchange Apartments

The apartment (The unit I live in) is affected with gnats.., I've tried every solution to get rid of them but it hasn't helped. I've hired an exterminator to come out and spray., he stated that it's drain gnats and the apartment people would have to look into the issue. I've spoken with the apartment staff., and they stated there's nothing they can do about gnats. The manager decided to come and inspect the apartment , he stated that he doesn't see any gnats. I've also called the city, they came by took pictures and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm making this complaint because it has gotten to point I'm staying with relatives because the gnats are so annoying that it's very uncomfortable to just sit and watch TV not alone sleep at night. I don't know what to do at this point., except for move. This is really ridiculous that I should have to move., which is difficult due to finances. If you guys could help I really appreciate it.
