'58 Foundations review: Never showed to do the work

I contracted with 58 foundations and waterproofing in May 2026 signed a contract and paid a deposit, it is now the middle of September and they still haven't done any work. They didn't even contact me when they didn't show up on the date promised even though they sent me a text the day before confirming the date and time. When they didn't show I called them and they said they forgot to schedule a team and they rescheduled me. They said they would call the day before to confirm my appointment. Again no call so I called them and they confirmed the date and time. Next day no show again but they did call this time claiming equipment problems. The person who called promised to call me later in the day with a new date, again no call. I will find another contractor. I will be contacting the District attorney's office to file a fraud complaint!
