Yes, they are an exseptional Law Firm they took on my civil lawsuit case for me and they are a five-star Law firm client for life thank you so very much all of you.

I had a lot of bad financial issues. Two lawyers from McDonald worked with me on my case and in the end all the plaintiffs' cases against me were dismissed. Great service and awesome representation during my hearings.

I'm supposed to get monthly updates, but I usually only get them every few months. My last update was on August 24th. All it said was that I was in pre-litigation and an inventory letter had been sent. I called this morning, only to be told that my case was on hold because it did not qualify. Two things I don't understand: you have had my case since 2020, and the email said nothing about my case being on hold. How is telling me that you sent an inventory letter the same as saying it's on hold? I'm so confused.

This law firm doesn't return phone calls or emails. They try to take more money from your settlement after you've already signed the agreement. They won't give me copies of my paperwork. I've been told an attorney would call for three days in a row, but he never has. They're handling a class action lawsuit. Every time I call, I'm told no one is available to talk. The paralegal won't call me back or return my emails either. This is horrible. I've never been treated like I've been blackballed by an office like this. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I've called so many times, I lost count. The office staff takes my message, but I never hear from them. I get generic emails, but I'd rather hear about my case from my attorney, Mr.. But that never happened since he took my case 3 years ago. The office staff at McDonald Worley told me a settlement should be in 60-90 days, and that's an ongoing problem. I've asked to speak with my attorney, but haven't heard anything back since. I'm very frustrated that no one will communicate with me or give a true answer about my case. It's like they're dodging me. It makes me wonder if the attorneys at McDonald Worley know what their office staff is doing or if the attorneys at the law office of McDonald Worley really care about their clients.

I think Don Worley and the folks at McDonald Worley Personal Injury law firm ain't exactly the most honorable bunch. I get that class action lawsuits can drag on, but my case has been settled, money's been handed out, and I ain't got no liens. Christina *** told me back in July 2022 that I'd hear from them in a couple of weeks. Well, it's now the end of September and I ain't getting no emails back, no phone calls returned. I did get one email from Mr. Don Worley saying sorry 'cause I was supposed to get monthly updates, but that was it. Nada. Zilch. I've been dealing with some jerk trying to open bank accounts in my name ever since my settlement was supposed to come from McDonald Worley. I've reported fraud and filed police reports to get to the bottom of it. McDonald Worley, y'all really need to learn a thing or two about customer service. People like me have been through so much physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. We shouldn't have to put up with this crap from folks who know the law and understand how much it all takes a toll on us. I got all the emails and correspondence to prove it. There's no excuse for leaving clients in the dark once the money rolls in. I've talked to other clients of yours who are dealing with the same issues. So, please, do yourself a favor and don't hire McDonald Worley to handle your case.

This is the worse I would never recommend them to anyone at this point I am starting to think they are not a real law firm. Their is no way the stories I get when I call are adding up it has been going on six years. Then they get upset when you ask them about your case when this all started they said I was looking at least $100,000.00 now they send me an email stating that it would be $58,000.00 then days later it turned to $48,000.00 now all I am entitled to is $10,000.00 however after they take their portion all I will get $6,000.00 this makes me sick and I still have not received no type of payment not even a dollar. I had my gall bladder removed and numerous surgeries.

I joined this law firm a few years back for a hernia mesh lawsuit. They've sent me updates sometimes saying "medical records on order." But when I email to ask why the records haven't been obtained yet, I don't get a response. And when I call, I get a voicemail and leave my info, but no one gets back to me. The deadline has passed, and now I'm left wondering if this whole thing was a fake setup.

I hired McDonald Worley as my lawyer. I got a letter from Medicare saying my case was resolved in March 2022 and they want their share of the settlement. I've been trying to reach my lawyers, but they won't respond. I've called and emailed, but no luck. I do have some emails I can show you and the letter from Medicare.

I've been with McDonald Worley, PC for almost 3 years now, and at first they were great with monthly updates. However, the last email I got from them mentioned that my case had gone to litigation, and that was 4 months ago. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. I've tried reaching out to them, but they haven't responded to my calls or emails. It's like they've completely forgotten about me. I just want to know what's happening with my case and get an update. It would be nice to at least hear something from them.

Class action lawsuit for vaginal mesh, filed in 2014, settled in 2017. Got a letter in the mail saying I'd get $10,000 from McDonald ***, PC. But I never got any settlement or money. I reached out to the Texas Bar in 2018 and they said McDonald *** would pay out in the 4th quarter. It's been 4 years since the Texas Bar told me that, and over 5 years since McDonald *** said anything. Now I want my full $10,000 settlement plus interest for the past 5 years.

I've been a client since 2019. I don't get any calls back. Employees there are rude. I send emails, communication sucks. They say I have liens but there's no record of it. Only 1 lawyer has called me in 3 years, which was Scott. He explained the updated and answered my questions. But since then, NOTHING. Any day now, really. I don't feel like a client nor do I feel like they care. If I knew the communication was like this, I wouldn't have gone with another firm. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. If I have to pay, shouldn't there be a line of communication somewhere? This essure gas has already taken a lot from me and to be mistreated by this lawyer doesn't make it any better.

I've been in a tort IVC filter case for sum years now! I'm very frustrated with the law firm! At the beginning yes it was great communication I got updates regularly and my lawyer would communicate. Now since the "pandemic" no contact whatsoever! I've called and called. Not getting any satisfaction from them. My main fear is I've waited all these years and the end result will be not worth the wait. I've called and emailed trying to ask am I wasting my time and theirs and I've not gotten a response. I'm also in the beginning stages of the Bair Hugger case and again right off the bat lots of communication! Now recently after a phone call to have someone give me an update, nothing! No communication whatsoever. This lack of communication makes me feel unimportant. I'm new to this suing a person situation and the way this law firm makes me feel I don't know if I made the right choice in them representing me! Serval times I've researched can I or if it's right to change law firms because of the lack of communication and they just make me feel unimportant!
