Amazing customer service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company. An amazing team that actually CARES about their customers' best interests. Honesty is hard to come by these days, and these guys are forthright and will not let you down!

We are super happy we chose 365 Solar Energy for our solar project. We decided on installing the Generac back-up battery, and it has already been useful to us during a power outage last week. It took about 3 months to install and the solar rep *** was excellent to work with.

What a great company. They are amazing about communication and efficiency, they made it so easy to stay in the loop when they were getting everything ready to install panels on my roof. I will be recommending this company to my friends if they ever need solar panels installed! :D

I would leave a negative star review if possible. I am very unhappy with the services provided by this company. This company left work unfinished and now I can't even get a return phone call to resolve the issues that this company left unfinished. Communication fr this company is terrible.

Best decision I ever made! Shopped around different companies state wide for awhile until I found these guys. Their customer service is SUPERB and stayed connected with me from the very beginning all the way through the whole process. Answered all my questions and kept me informed. Highly recommend these guys!

I signed a contract to install solar panels at my residence. It was in February 2022. After not receiving any updates or calls regarding it I started called and emailing the company. Finally they gave me an install date of June 2-3. I told both days off work and cleared my schedule only to find out they did not show up. Trying to communicate with them has been an absolute joke.

365 Solar Energy came out to my home in Mooresville NC 5 months ago to do a home solar survey. The solar energy consultant explained the process of going solar to me n great detail until I was a solar expert! I signed up for their program and within 70 days I had solar on my home. It is currently saving me money from my utility bills and I couldn't be happier. I get to go green, help the environment, and save money all at the same time.

I made the right decision going solar with 365 Solar Energy. Not only were they excellent on my instillation day, but they were always there for me whenever I needed them. This is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! My sales representative *** was also excellent and made sure I had a full understand of what I was investing in. I like how he was there for me throughout the entire process. Overall, great company.

This isn't my first time getting solar. My wife and I got solar on our last home. There were so many problems from the start. The company we used for our solar POWER on our HOME was awful. Problems with the install, our roof, connections, etc. We almost didn't get it again on our new place, but my brother uses 365 and so we called them out.So glad we did! They've been terrific! From the install, to turning on the system, everything has been seem less. Our energy *** is super low and it looks great. Very pleased.

Non-functional roof trash. The installation crew hooked up something wrong and the power co couldnt install the meter. My second payment is due this week, during the most expensive part of the year, and my panels havent been turned on yet. Theyve been on my roof since March, and it is now June. The installation crew was a bunch of unsupervised kids, I never saw the project mgr until weeks later when he stopped by with paperwork for the inspector. He had to come finish the job the installers didnt do re:insulation. Im angry that Im paying for a system that isnt even turned on yet.

We just went solar with 365 Solar Energy! Has been a great experience start to finish. They came up with a good system that fits our homes need. They took care of all the hoops with the city and got there installers out quick. Setup took only a day and had my system up and running. Would definitely recommend! 10 stars from me! This was an incredible experience to be able to go solar with 365 Solar Energy. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and was able to set us up with the perfect size system for our home. We also elected to add a Generac battery with our solar. In the time weve had our system, which is 1 full year now, weve been saving money from utility bills. Also our area has had 5 power outages with Duke Energy, but since we got the battery, we have not seen any loss of power which is incredible! We keep hundreds of dollars worth of meat in our freezer so when the power goes out it was always a huge loss for us. We no longer have to worry about that anymore! The battery kicks right on without having me to do anything. Im extremely happy :)

Me and my husband were very excited to utilize our natural resources, hopefully saving money and getting solar panels. After waiting almost 4 months for them to actually be installed they never set up the meter to keep track so two weeks later they finally sent someone out. We were told we would get a state and federal tax credit in the amount of *** and we did not receive a fraction of that amount. Apparently you can get UP TO said amount. That amount was due to go to the payments and now we dont have the money for those. They beat around the *** to be legal, but sneaky to get the business. I wish that we had done more research now Im thousands in debt with this company and it is not saving me ANY MONEY on my electric ***. I wish there was a rewind, change my mind, take your panels back button. Never will I refer them to someone

I am very displease with 365 Solar Energy. I received a phone an illegal robo call. This is a violation of the TCPA Laws. 1. It was an actual recording at first (ie. robo call). I was then connected to a live person where I proceeded to get as much information from the offender as possible. I scheduled the install in order to get more evidence in case I had to take them to court. When the technician arrived I took pictures of his ID badge and tag number. I then proceeded to explain to him that his being at my house was a result of an illegal TCPA violation. I then asked that he have his management contact me to resolve the issue. I never received that phone call so I did some research and found their email address from the internet. I proceeded to email them in an effort to get a resolution to the problem. After a few back and forth emails, I am now being ignored. At this point the next step will be litigation. I would have left a 0 star rating but you have to choose something in the star ratings.

INCREDIBLE! I wish I'd have found these guys sooner!My wife and I bought our property in March. We are both accountants and are very diligent about keeping records of bills, expenditures, and net savings. What we were not, is educated on electrical companies and where our money actually goes for energy...One morning we saw our neighbors getting solar. We talked to them about it and they explained a few things that had us intrigued. We called 365 Solar Energy and scheduled a consultation.Our rep came and explained everything! He gave us all the insight, and more importantly, the data that explained exactly how much money we could be saving/making. I, of course, had to audit his data to make sure it was accurate. I spent the next 4 days researching tax incentives, net metering procedures, home equity value, etc...At the end of my audit I found that he was 100% accurate in what he told us, and at that time, I felt confident pulling the trigger on solar.That was the BEST decision we could have made. There have been several months where we haven't paid a dime in electric costs. Our home's value has risen, and our backup battery kept our lights on when blackouts were hitting our neighborhood. It was and is a fantastic choice and I can't say enough good things about 365 Solar...Their rep was so knowledgeable, and the installation was flawless. The install team was very respectful of our property and were in and out in no time. The customer service rep at *** Excellent service, excellent investment! We couldn't be happier!
