Sean and his crew were amazing. It was a awesome experience working with Diamond Solar to get my system going. They were patient, quick to respond, and nice. They were available to answer my questions anytime. There was no pressure. They worked with my budget. I would definitely recommend Diamond Solar. They came on time for appointments and worked around my schedule. System is working great. Their professionalism is much appreciated.

Diamond Solar is the bomb! ***, Tiffany, and *** hooked me up with a sick deal on my solar project and even helped me replace my roof and put in an EV charger! They were super helpful, talked to me all the time, and worked with me when I had a bunch of weird needs. They didn't just look at a picture of my place, they actually came out and checked it out. They also showed up when they said they would and helped me fix stuff during the inspection. I would totally tell anyone who wants to go solar to hit them up. I'm definitely gonna have them come back soon to add battery storage.

I signed an agreement with Diamond Solar's lawyer for a certain amount of money. However, the lawyer breached the agreement by demanding terms that were not agreed upon. I tried to negotiate a refund with the company, but got nowhere. I contacted Diamond Solar to file a complaint and they contacted the other party, who hired a lawyer. After some back and forth, we agreed on an amount and signed a new agreement. But shortly after, the lawyer made demands that went against our agreement and I couldn't get a response from them. I don't know who made the demands, the lawyer or the client, and I'm not sure who to pursue for the breach of agreement. I hope that if Diamond Solar contacts them again, they will see that I am serious about pursuing this until it is settled. I am a 74-year-old disabled veteran and feel like I was misled and given false information, which is why I cancelled the contract for solar panel installation. I made a deposit of *** dollars and was offered a *** refund, but after negotiations with the lawyer, we agreed on a *** refund and I haven't heard anything since. I have copies of all emails and the signed agreement, but I don't know if I should send them unless asked. I just want what is owed to me and I'm not trying to defame anyone. If there are any documents needed, please let me know.

Diamond Solar Inc ain't doing their job right. They were supposed to fix my roof and put in solar panels, but they ain't done it yet. I've been calling, texting, and emailing them, but they ain't doing nothing. They put in the solar panels on June 24, but the roof's been leaking every time it rains. I complained to the SCLB and finally got a call from someone at Diamond Solar, but they ain't done much to fix the problem. They put a tarp over the roof, which is blocking the solar panels from working. The old project manager wasn't doing nothing, so they hired a new one named ***. She called me and my wife on Feb 1, 2022, and said they used the wrong underlayment for the tile roof. She promised they'd fix it with the right underlayment and give us a 20-year warranty. But then she sent an email saying they'd only fix the broken tile, even though she knows that ain't the problem. I'm filing a complaint and asking for the repairs they promised, plus $*** for the solar panels not working. I filed a complaint with the SCLB and the Surety.
