Poor Service from Three Day Blinds

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I have received from Three Day Blinds. I recently purchased a service from the company and was promised a refund if I was not satisfied. Unfortunately, I have not received the service, and the company has refused to give me a refund.

Furthermore, I scheduled for a service to be completed by tomorrow, and the installer has never gotten back to me to confirm the date and time. I have tried to reach out to customer service, but each representative I talked to today, with the exception of the one I spoke to around 2:45 pm, was disrespectful and rude. Ms. Chantell Morrow was particularly unhelpful and showed no compassion, care, or concern about my issue. She came on the phone with one purpose in mind, and that was to tell me that I cannot be refunded for a service that was never provided.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of service, and I demand that my $800 be refunded immediately. I expect a response within the next 48 hours, confirming that my refund has been processed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Chris, was the only rep who was helpful and compassionate. (FYI: I am rebuilding my home after being in anteagic house fire where 2 dice year old twin girls burn to their death.) I wanted blinds. In my home to block the view. Thank you for nothing and making this experience of purchasing blinds dreadful.
